Set Pricing and Availability:
- Determine the rental rates for your dock based on factors like location, amenities, and demand. Rent A Dock retains 10% of all booking fees, so you may want to consider factoring that into your rate.
- Set availability for your dock by specifying the dates and times it’s available for rent. Contact a nearby marina in your vicinity to inquire about their pricing structure. Assess whether there is a consistent waiting list for dock space; if so, you may choose to set a slightly higher rate due to the probable high demand. Conversely, offering a lower rate might boost the likelihood of booking your dock.
